Mission

The ����TV Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee exists to advocate for systemic change, amplify underrepresented voices, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across the College. We serve by increasing understanding and fostering open conversations about DEI, ensuring this work translates into meaningful action and representation within ����TV’s leadership and governance. Our primary focus is on supporting the ����TV community, with the goal of creating a more inclusive and equitable community that empowers all to thrive.

Vision

To embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within our organizational culture, empowering all individuals in the ����TV community and beyond to reach their full potential and feel a true sense of belonging.
