This course gives all clinicians, from a wide range of specialties including nutritionists, internists, criticalists, cardiologists, immunologists, and behaviorists the unique opportunity to deep dive into specific nutrients to enable a more thorough understanding of the pathophysiology of each across a range of diseases.
